A quote starts with your brief, not a template. We work in days and hours, hotel by hotel, so your operations team can check it line by line.
Itinerary design from your brief.
Send the type of client, approximate dates, group size and budget per person, and we return a day-by-day plan: the route, the hotel tier, the vehicle type and the pace. Round-trips, beach extensions, Salalah, private 4×4 programmes — the shape follows the brief, not a brochure.
Guiding in Oman is in English by default; we correspond in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Arabic, and staff German-, French- and Italian-speaking guides on request.
A quote from Arabian Wonders shows the day-by-day outline, the hotel tier, the vehicle type and an indicative net rate per line, for you to mark up. Confirmations follow in writing, so nothing lives only in a phone call.
Ground operations across the Sultanate.
Vehicles, drivers, guides, permits, transfers, accommodation. Fleet ranges from 4×4 Land Cruisers to 50-seat coaches, driven by people we have worked with for years. We meet your guests at the airport, run the desert camps, and stay reachable on WhatsApp for the length of the trip.
Arabian Wonders operates across the whole Sultanate: Muscat and the coast, the Hajar mountains (Nizwa, Jebel Akhdar, Jebel Shams), the Sharqiya Sands and Wahiba desert, the Sur and Ras al Jinz coast, Musandam in the north, and Salalah and Dhofar in the south. Multi-region routings by 4×4, coach or domestic flight are the norm, not the exception.
FITs, groups, schools and MICE.
We handle 1 to 60+ pax. Ten or more travellers is a group, priced on group rates with a tour leader place where needed; smaller parties, from a single traveller to a family, are run as FITs with a private guide and driver. School and study groups and MICE or incentive programmes run on the same terms.
Everything is white-label: your guests see your brand on the documents, your name on the airport sign and your voice in the itinerary text. We never market to your guests or accept a direct booking from them afterwards.
