How we handle it.
The same ground team that runs our FIT and group trips handles a MICE or incentive brief: coaches and drivers from our regular fleet, permits arranged in advance, and one contact on our side for the whole programme. We don't run a dedicated MICE desk or hold a portfolio of conference venues, so we scope each request as it comes in rather than working from a fixed offer.
Quotes are itemised per line, net rates in USD with 5% VAT shown as a separate line, and confirmations follow in writing. A group, for pricing purposes, is 10 or more travellers.
