How we would handle it.
A MICE or incentive brief would run through the same ground team as our FIT and group trips: coaches and drivers from our regular fleet, permits arranged in advance, and one contact on our side for the whole programme. We don't have a dedicated MICE desk, a portfolio of conference venues or past events to show you, so we scope each request with you as it comes in rather than working from a fixed offer.
Quotes are itemised per line, net rates in USD with 5% VAT shown as a separate line, and confirmations follow in writing. A group, for pricing purposes, is 10 or more travellers.
