Most Nordic tour operators that sell Oman do not need another brochure. They need a local partner that answers in their own language, quotes in a format their operations team can check, and is standing at the airport when the group lands.

Arabian Wonders is a destination management company in Oman, the incoming agency and ground handler for the trips you sell. We are Norwegian-owned and Muscat-based, operating since 2022 under the local company Ramz al Masira International LLC. Everything we do is white-label: your brand on the itinerary, your margin in the price, our team on the ground.
- Itinerary design from your brief, in days and hours, not photographs. Round-trips, beach extensions, Salalah, private 4×4 programmes.
- Ground operations: hotels and desert camps, drivers and 4×4 fleet, coaches, guides, permits, airport meet and greet.
- FITs and groups: from a couple in one vehicle to a group of sixty over several coaches, and school or study groups.

How we work with Nordic partners.
Write to us in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish. We read and reply in the same language; Finnish partners correspond with us in English. The office is open Sunday to Thursday, Muscat time, which is two to three hours ahead of Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen and one to two hours ahead of Helsinki. A brief sent before lunch in Scandinavia is normally read the same afternoon.
A first draft comes back within one business day: a day-by-day outline, the hotel tier, the vehicle type and an indicative net rate per person. Quotes are itemised per line, and confirmations follow in writing so nothing lives only in a phone call. We revise until the programme fits your brand and your price point.
On the ground we use drivers and guides we have worked with for years, and we stay reachable on WhatsApp throughout the trip. The reason our existing partners rebook is not the scenery; Oman provides that. It is that the operating documents read clearly and the day runs to the timetable.
Practical: visa, flights and season.
Visa
Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish passport holders enter Oman visa-free for stays of up to 14 days. Longer itineraries use the Royal Oman Police eVisa, applied for online before departure. We confirm the current rule for each booking, since Omani entry rules do change.
Flights
There is no non-stop service from the Nordic capitals to Muscat. Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki all connect with one stop via Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Istanbul, with a total travel time of around ten to twelve hours. Many connections land in Muscat in the evening, so we design day one as an arrival day and start the programme fresh the next morning.
Season
The main season is October to April. Muscat sits between 25 and 32 °C in the daytime, the Hajar mountains are cooler, and the sea is warm enough for a beach ending. The Nordic winter break, February holiday and Easter all fall inside it. Salalah in the south has its own green season, the khareef, from July to September. Bookings for the '26 / '27 winter season are open now.

- Do you work with tour operators in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland?
- Yes. The Nordic countries are our primary market. Most of our existing partners are Norwegian tour operators and travel designers, and we correspond in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English. Finnish partners write to us in English.
- Are you a DMC, an incoming agency or a ground handler?
- All three names describe the same role. We are the local partner in Oman that designs the itinerary, contracts hotels, guides and vehicles, and runs the trip on the ground while you sell it under your own brand. We do not sell to the public.
- Do Nordic passport holders need a visa for Oman?
- Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish passport holders enter Oman visa-free for stays of up to 14 days. For longer stays, the Royal Oman Police eVisa is issued online, normally within a few days. We confirm the current rule for every booking.
- How do our guests get from Scandinavia to Muscat?
- There is no non-stop flight from the Nordic capitals. The usual routing is one stop via Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Istanbul from Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki, with a total journey of around ten to twelve hours. We plan arrival days around the common evening arrivals.
